Aviara is a leading provider of international banking licenses since 2005. We offer turnkey bank acquisition and licensing solutions in multiple jurisdictions with a focus on entrepreneurs and operators. We are here to assist with new and de novo licenses as well as the purchase of an existing bank or banking license.

Our focus

Our focus is on international banks and fintech banks. We most commonly work in the US territory of Puerto Rico, simply because that’s where 95% of the action is these days. We can also assist throughout the Caribbean and as the project lead in Switzerland, Mexico, and other top tier jurisdictions.

Around 90% of the activity in the offshore banking market is happening in Puerto Rico and it’s where everyone wants to be.

Some of the easiest offshore banking licenses to negotiate are from Dominica, St Lucia and Panama

This country is concentrating on FinTech and blockchain systems, especially in Crypto Valley, Zug.

Mexico

This country offers a wide range of banking & financial services licenses, all with relatively high capital requirements.
